ABDA Service during Remote Working from Home

Pelanggan dan Mitra yang terhormat,

Dear Distinguished Customers and Partners,

Untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam mencegah penyebaran lebih luas virus COVID-19 dan mempertimbangkan Himbauan dari Gubernur DKI Jakarta (Seruan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No. 6 Tahun 2020), Kantor Pusat, Kantor Pelayanan Klaim Terpadu akan bekerja dengan operasional terbatas mulai tanggal 26 Maret 2020. Selanjutnya secara bertahap seluruh kantor cabang dan pemasaran kami di seluruh Indonesia akan melakukan hal yang sama yaitu Fully Remote Working from Home.

To support the government's efforts to prevent the wider spread of the COVID-19 virus and to consider the appeal of the Governor of DKI Jakarta (Exclamation Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 6 of 2020), our Headquarter and Integrated Claim Office will work with limited operations starting on March 26, 2020. Furthermore, all of our branches and marketing offices throughout Indonesia will gradually do the Full Remote Working from Home.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, tentunya akan berpengaruh kepada kecepatan layanan kami.
